跨媒材視覺藝術家，現居台灣，以繪畫為核心語言，實踐延伸至裝置與立體媒材。 她近期持續發展的命題是：當螢幕上才能真正發光的顏色，經由手的轉譯落在紙上，會剩下什麼？動畫、手游、數位插畫是她長大的視覺母語，那些圖像符號不是參照，而是記憶裡的內在系統。她在靜態的平面內創作動態，用色彩與動態表現當代的視覺焦慮。以複合媒材在紙本，持續測試那個閾值：顏料能暗示光，但無法發光。兩者之間可以如何地無限接近？

Luna Cheong is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Taiwan, working primarily in painting with a practice that extends into installation and sculpture. Her current work is driven by one question: when colors that can only truly glow on a screen are translated by hand onto paper, what remains? Animation, mobile gaming, and digital illustration are the visual language she grew up in — those images are not external references but an internalized system of symbols living in memory. She creates movement within static flat surfaces, using color and dynamism to embody the visual anxiety of our time. Through mixed media on paper, she continuously tests the threshold: pigment can suggest light, but cannot emit it. How infinitely close can the two become?
